More coming soon.<\/p>\n<p>For those staying at the (rather pricey) Cromwell<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complimentary coffee and seasonal tea service by the elevator lobby on each floor<\/li>\n<li>Muk beauty products (a top-of-the-line brand from the United Kingdom)<\/li>\n<li>Hair straightening iron<\/li>\n<li>Game tables in room\u2019s living area (checkers or backgammon)<\/li>\n<li>Full-sized bottles of your favorite libations, complete with sophisticated glassware<\/li>\n<li>Personalized concierge service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Impeccable drink service:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe were in the casino an hour after the soft opening \u2013 and went back the next 3 days. Our drinks waitress on day 2 remembered our order from the day before\u2026the casino is now definitely high spec and the wine is good quality.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhen we ordered a water from the waitress we were surprised to see it was Fiji water and that told us a lot.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Welcoming hotel attendants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe staff were very comforting and informative, always conversation to be had from the front desk to the elevator attendant.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe staff was very helpful and friendly. The bellhop took our luggage to the registration and to our room. He even showed us where the free breakfast, snacks were available. There are free freshly brewed coffee and tea on the lobby when we arrived on our floor, which I find very cool since I\u2019m a big coffee drinker. They even have breads and stuff there in the morning also.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> \u201cWe have never been treated so well. We were made to feel special and not just like a number. Everyone asks your name and then addresses you by your first name. They take the time to explain the details of your room and what the hotel has to offer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gaming experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe casino looks so pretty and new and the staff was amazing. We played Crazy 4 Poker for a couple of hours and had Stephanie and Cassandra as dealers. They were both very outgoing and fun and they made us want to stay at their table.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe atmosphere in the Casino is unlike any other.
